1.1 The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on our website, "BeliSelalu Shop". Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.0 Payments
3.1 Payments are accepted via CIMB, Maybank, Standard Chartered Bank and Paypal. Additional Paypal processing fees of 3% applies.
3.2 Shipping costs are already incorporated unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Please allow waiting period of 2 - 4 weeks for Pre-Order items to arrive in KL. This waiting period generally involves purchase from US merchant-shipment from US to KL-Malaysia custom clearing-shipment to your doorstep. Shipment method is generally 'Standard Shipment' and ordered items are consolidated in one shipment to ensure minimal cost is involved so that I can pass the savings to our esteemed customers.
3.4 Minimum 50% deposit of the sale price is required in placing your order for 'Order Required' items. Please see further details in the 'Installment Plan' section below.
3.5 Please send proof of payment or bank in slip via email to nazrul.iqkhwan@gmail.com. This can be done via the following; If payment is made via internet banking - Copy and paste the receipt to your e-mail and then, send it to the above email address. If payment is made via Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) - Scan and attach the copy of the receipt to your e-mail and send it to the above email address. 3.6 . Upon receipt of payment, the item(s) will be posted to you (via secured delivery service) within 3 business days.4.0 Cancellations of 'Order Required' Items
4.1 Please note that no cancellations/changes will be accepted for order that has been placed.4.2 We not accept for returning the items
